  • Serbian documents accompanied Petar's body upon return to the United Kingdom landing at the Heathrow airport ( PDF)
    28 Jan 2004

Comment... Cause of death heart failure and yet Petar's body is returned without his heart. The Coroners officer telephoned the Institute of Forensic Medicine, at Susan's request to enquire about the heart, the Serbians stated the heart was with the body and the British were blind.  Who stole Petar's heart, and why did Dr Dolman fail to take any further action???

Who did steal Petar's heart and for what purpose and where is his heart now???

  • Witness Statement of Dr William Dolman - Coroner ( PDF)
    22 Dec 2004

Please refer to a letter from Withers, solicitors acting for Dr Dolman to Sutovic & Hartigan dated 12th January 2006.

    Ref: PBM/MEI/PJL//LN56096.1/HAS

    Quote from the above letter:

    Letter of 5th January 2006

Whilst the majority of the photographs were produced at a meeting with Ms Jones and Ms Murphy at Hornsey Coroners Court, they were not admitted in evidence at the inquest. As they are now contained in evidence you intend to rely on in the Section 13 proceedings, we have now to give them detailed consideration.

    ...

You have yet to confirm that the items of the clothing referred to in to report will be available to the expert or experts that we instruct. Please can you now do so by return?

Comment... Dr Dolman did have all the photographs referred to in the report of Paul Canning all in colour which his legal representatives have confirmed to be the case.  Dr Dolman was also provided with seven black and white Serbian scene police photographs of the original seven colour photographs. These black and white photographs bear descriptions underneath each of the seven black and white photographs, signed by Ranko Hrmus, and endorsed by the Serbian Criminal Court.

  • UK Post-mortem by Dr Rufus Crompton  ( PDF)
    18 Jan 2005

Comment... Dr. M. Rufus Crompton was aged 73 at the time of the alleged UK post-mortem was conducted. He was not at the time a registered Home Office pathologist. He was removed from the list in 1993. Documentary evidence shows numerous contradictions and requests for information have been denied.
Whose body was Rufus Crompton examining?

  • Paul Canning - Forensic Photographer - Witness Statement ( PDF)
    04 Nov 2005

Comment... Paul Canning refers to three colour albums of photographs he was asked to examine. These were all known to the coroner, and he did not admit the photographs at the inquest as admitted by his representatives.
