We are in need of support to assist The Voice of Petar Sutovic Campaign, to reveal the truth as to how he met his death, when and where and under what circumstance. Petar met his death abroad. There are numerous British deaths abroad and the majority are not investigated by the foreign country, in which the death occurred, as well as by the British authorities. It is the duty of the country where the deceased is to be buried to conduct a full and fearless investigation. The investigation must be conducted in the same manner as if the death occurred in this country. In practice this does not happen and the families are left on their own to conduct their own investigations. Families are subjected to the further trauma of an inadequate post-mortem. A failure to conduct a post-mortem in accordance with the European harmonisation on post-mortems and UN protocols is a violation of the Human Rights Convention. The purpose of the post-mortem is to investigate the body of the deceased with the utmost respect, in order to find out how the deceased came by his death. The living victim's human rights are violated in this country and abroad. Why?? Please assist us to find out where Petar's heart is and who stole it? This is a crime. We call on the British police to assist Petar's family. The living victims have to pay for all the expense and are advised by the Foreign Office to get a solicitor abroad, and this they have to finance, as indeed a British inquest in this country. We would welcome any suggestions (info@petarsutovic.co.uk) for the purposes of raising funds, by organising events of any kind. We are in need of your donations in order to enable us to continue with the investigation in two countries.
